WINE NOTES: Our 2016 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc been selected from the very best parcels of fruit grown in the renowned Wairau and Awatere Valleys. The nose is intense and uplifted with aromas of dried herbs, passionfruit and hints of citrus, pineapple and a fine mineral backbone. The palate has great fruit concentration and intensity, with firm lingering acidity and impressive length. This delightful Reserve Sauvignon Blanc while ready to drink now, will benefit by another 1 - 2 years in the bottle. Expect it to be starting to drink at its best from mid 2017 onwards.
