WINE NOTES: Dry exhibiting fresh citrus and blood orange with peppery notes. Very rich, creamy texture with minerality and a fresh hint of tonic.

VINIFICATION: Hand-picked in ideal condition and ripeness on the 15th of April. Whole bunch pressed, free run juice only. Natural fermentation in stainless steel tank to dryness. Ageing on lees for 11 months. Bottled 5th of April 2017.
